In the absence of a debt counsellor, unless you approach the NCR yourself, you need an NCR trained certified third party service provider to render the After-Care service and log the removal request with the NCR on your behalf (Section 136 Regulation 50 of the NCA).

The purpose of this survey is to assist us to compile a database of consumers who are struggling to remove the debt review flag from their credit records in order to log a petition with the NCR to investigate the debt review issues and enforce or amend the debt review removal processes.

Please take note that this survey/petition is not an application for any service.

Your participation in this petition shall help thousands of families who are stuck with the debt review flag to regain their credit worthy status.

You will receive a free Xds credit report displaying details of the debt counsellor who placed you under debt review. A free dispute to enforce the removal of the debt review flag from your credit records can be logged (with your permission) on your behalf only when you request such service.

We shall also randomly select 10 out of the first 50 submissions to recieve Free Alternative After-Care Service valued at R1200.
