POWER OF ATTORNEY

The power of attorneys is required to authorize NCRA to access your credit reports from any NCR registered Credit Bureaus and to act on your behalf to request the concerned parties to coopertate in sharing necessary information relating to your debt review situation.

CLEARANCE QUESTIONNAIRE

The questionnaire is used to determine the circumstances under which you have been placed under debt review and to establish if there were any discrepancies in the process or transgresssion of the NCA prescribed regulations, procesess and procedures.

FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES ASSESSMENT

The Financial Circumstance assessment is used to determine if there have been changes in your financial situation in order to establish if you are eligible for re-assessment of your debt review. Where it is determined that your financial circumstance have improved significantly since inception of your debt review, this information shall be taken into consideration when lodging the dispute with the NCR

NCR FORM 29

This is a prescribed NCR dispute form. This form is compulsory for any dispute regardless of the issue being disputed.

This is the form that you sign to authorise Ncra to log a dispute on your behalf. This form is compulsory regardless the issue being disputed.
