Our service entails assessment of dispute or removal eligibility facts and debt review processes compliance regulations as prescribed in Section 86 of the NCA. 
Where transgression of the regulations is established, we are authorised in terms of Section 136 regulation 50 of the NCA to act on your behalf to log a dispute with the NCR in order for the NCR initiate investigation and clearance process.

Only the NCR can investigate and finalise resolution of the dispute and the clearance of the debt review flag.

The NCR estimated resolution time-frame is 7 - 30 days depending on the complexity of an individual situation. The most complex situations can be resolved in maximum 60 - 90 days

The estimated clearance time-frame mainly depends on your cooperation in supplying truthful information and submitting required mandatory documents in a timely manner.

You are eliglble for a Debt Review Clearance Certificate only when you have applied for Debt Counselling and you have Settled all Debt that was placed under debt review.

In the even that your debt counsellor is not contactable or no longer involved in debt counselling or refuse to issue a clearance certifica , the NCR shall facilitate issuance of the Clearance Certificate and removal of the debt review flag.

* You did not sign/submit Form 16 debt review application form

* You did not agree and sign the Form 17.2 payment arrangment agreement

* You did not sign the supporting affidavit for court application

* You did not receive a copy of the Magistrate or Tribunal Court Order

How Free Debt Review Clearance Works

1. Register for Debt Review Clearance Assessment
2. A consultant shall call you to discuss your debt review situation
3. You will receive a Debt Review Clearance Questionnaire
4.You return questionnaire for clearace assessment
5. You receive a Free Credit Report with debt review status and debt counsellor details
6. You receive debt review clearance assessment outcome and recommended action

Assessment Outcome
Based on the information you have supplied and the established debt review status and debt counsellor status displayed on the credit report, the assessment shall determine if an affidavit is required to log a dispute with the NCR

Where an affidavit is Not Required:
> You will be notified how to proceed with the flag clearance
> You are not under obligation to use our service 
> You can decide to instruct NCRA to proceed with the removal process on your behalf
> We shall proceed to lodge the dispute with the NCR.

Where Affidavit is Required:
1. You will receive notification to Invoke Affidavit (You are not under obligation to Invoke Affidavit)
2. When you decide to Invoke Affidavit, you will receive a non-obligation quotation for the drafting of the affidavit
3. When you accept the quotation, the in-house legal practitioner shall draft the affidavit and email it to you for commissioning at any police department or commissioner of oaths. 
4. Upon receipt of the commissioned affidavit, we shall log the dispute with the NCR for investigation and clearance of the debt review flag.

How Credit Bureau Clearance Works

1. Register for any of the listed packages
2. A consultant shall call you to discuss your credit bureau situation
3. You will be required to  activate your file
4. You wil receive your 3inOne Credit Report displaying the listing
5. We log the dispute with the Credit Bureaus
6. The Credit Bureaus shall remove the listing within 7 - 20 days
7. You receive an Updated 3inOne Credit Report 

Clear Default

A Default Listing can be cleared in terms of Section 62 of the NCA where you did not receive prior notification from the credit provider of their intention to list a default on your credit profile

Why Free Debt Review Clearance

When is Debt Review Unlawful?

* You have been decieved to be placed under debt review
* You  were placed under debt review without your consent
* You did not apply or sign or submit Form 16 application form 
* You did not agree to the re-structured payment arrangment
* You did not sign the supporting affidavit for court application 
* Debt counselling process was not finalized within the 60 days prescribed timeframe
* There is no court order in place

* The debt counsellor is: 
         * Unknown
        * Uncontactable
        * No longer involved in debt counselling
        * Deregistered by the Tribunal

The above indicates that 2789 previously registered debt counsellors are no longer involved in debt counselling after lawfully or unlawfully placing thousands of consumers under debt review. These consumers were placed in a complex legal system and abandoned.
