Removal of Debt Review Flag within 7 - 30 days
In cases where the debt review circumstances are complex, the removal can take up to 30 - 90 days

Guarantee:
Our prelimiary assessement has determined -  based on the initial  information you supplied and evidence in hand  that -  the facts are sufficient for a succesful dispute and  clearance of the debt review flag
In terms of the NCA regulations, a disputed listing should be immediately "temporarily removed" while the dispute is being investigated. (This is based on the premise that the consumer cannot remain prejudiced by a potentially unlawful or incorrect listing)
In extremely complex cases the NCR resolution can take up to 90 days to complete and the debt review flag will not show within this period.

The Final Process entails
:
Upon confirmation of payment of applicable service fee below: 
* We log the dispute/removal request with NCR.
* The NCR shall peruse the entire debt counselling process to establish compliance.
* The NCR shall resolve the matter and forward outcome accordingly
* The NCR shall Update the DHS (Debt Help System)
* The NCR shall Transmit Debt Review Flag Removal Instructions to the Credit Bureaus.
* The Credit Bureau shall remove the debt review flag within 7 days

Service Fees:
Total Service Fee = R1200
* Once-Off Admin Fee R300 then Affidavit Fee (R300 x 4 months) or
* Once-Off Admin Fee R300 then Affidavit Fee (R600 x 2 months) or
* Once-Off Discounted Settlement Fee R950 (includes admin fee and affidavit fee)

3. You can deposit the first instalment or settlement amount in the bank account supplied above.
